خصصت هذا الموضوع لأعرض لكم أنواع محضرة الطـعام من SEVERIN




اولا : مع محضرة الطعام المتكاملة او(FOOD BROCESSORS)

متعددة القطع بها خلاط وـناء العجن ومبشرة وشفرة تقطيع وسكين الفرم مصنوعة الفولاذ الصلب المقــاوم لـصدأ .


خلاط لمزج الفواكه وللعصير والميلك شيك وكذلك يبرش الثلج لقوة محركها حيث قدرته 750 وات وسعة الخلاط 2 لتر , اما اناء العجن فهو متعدد الاستخدمات فيمكنك فرم اللحوم والدجاج واسمك والبصل والورقيات كالبقدونس وكذلك عمل خلطات الكفتة والكباب والسجق ويفرم ايضا الزنجبيل والخبز الناشف والمكسرات ، وتقطع وتبشر الخضار والجبن والجزر وعدا ذلك يمكن عجن السابليه والتارت بها.


ثانيا : محضرة الطـعام أو الخفــاق العــمـــودي ( Hand Blender )

تستخدم هذه الاداة في عمل الشوربات وخفق البيض وعمل انواع العجة والكيك وخفق الكريمات والايس كريم وسحق الثلج وفرم اللحم والبصل والثوم والبقدونس وعمل الصلصات والصوصات وصلة البيتزا وصلة الطماطم، ويوجد معها كبة للفرم .


لها سرعتان وقوتها 200 وات ، ويوجد منها لونين احمر وابيض ، من مميزاتها سهولة تنظيفها سرعة أدائها وتنظف بغسل السكين تحت الماء الجاري .

ثالثا : محضرة الطعام (FOOD CHOPPER)

قدرتها 260 وات ،


سعتها 650 مل .


وتتكون من المحرك وسكين مصنوع من الفولاذ المقاوم لصدأ للفرم وأداة لعمل الميلك شيك وإناء الفرم أي الكبة .


تستخدم لفرم البصل والخضار واللحم والمكسرات اضافة الى فرم الخبز الناشف لعمل
البقسماط ولفرم البسكوت لعمل التشيز كيك والارز والسكر وبعض البهارات ذات الحبة الصحيحة او الكامـلة، وتعتبر الحل الأمثل والاسرع في المطبخ عن محضرة الطعام المتكاملة فهي تاخد حيز بسيط في المطبخ .
