اخواتى العزيزات طريقة عجينة خبز التورتيلا هذى جميله وهشه وخفيفه ورائحتها اممممم

كوب الا ربع حليب سائل وملعقتين زبده وملعقه ممسوحه بيكنج باودر وكوبين دقيق وكركم للون
ورشة ملح

يضرب الحليب مع الزبده والكركم فى الخلاط ويوضع الخليط على الدقيق والبيكنج باودر والملح وتعجن ثم تغطى وتترك لترتاح لمدة ساعتين

ونضعها على طاجين على النار من غير زيت

ولما تكملى الخبز تبدى فى الحشو وانا حشيتها بشاورما دجاج نقعت الدجاج بعد تقطيعه فى البهارات والليمون وخليته فتره وبعدين قليته فى الزيت مع الفلفل والبصل
