السلام عليكم



هذه مشاركة بسيطة مني في أجمل كيكة تميزي واستحقي احلى تكريم


كيكة الشوكولاتة الهشة والخفيفة


المكونات


بيضتين
كوب حليب
كوب سكر
ربع كوب زيت
ملعقتين كبيرتين كاكاو
ملعقة كبيرة b.b
رشة ملح
ملعقة صغيرة خل
كوب ونصف دقيق


للتزيين


علبة قشطة
ملعقتين كبيرتين نوتيلا
بسكويت دايجيستف مرحي


طريقة التحضير


نخلط السكر والبيض بالمضرب جيدا ثم نضيف الزيت والحليب مع التحريك المستمر ثم نضيف الدقيق وb.bوالخل ورشة الملح ونحرك بالملعقة بمهل ثم نسكب الخليط في طاجين الكيكة المدهون والمرشوش بالدقيق وندخله الفرن الساخن بدرجة حرارة منخفظة ...حتى تنضج الكيكة .
