السلام عليكم
طريقه عمل الكيك الاسفنجى من مطبخ loen
المكونات قليله لانه القالب صغير اذا كان القالب اكبر نحتاج الى حوالى 6 بيضات
المكونات:
3بيضات -كوب سكر-فانيليا-ربع كوب زيت-كوب الا ربع حليب مركز-ظرف بيكمبودر-كوب وربع دقيق
اول شئ نقوم بتجهيز القالب

نقوم بدهنه بالزيت ونرشه بالدقيق
وبعدها نقوم بتشغيل الفرن
الطريقه:
اولا نقوم بفصل بياض البيض عن صفاره
نقوم بضرب البياض بالمضرب الكهربائى مع الفانيليا ونصف كميه السكر يعنى نصف كوب سكرالى ان يصبح هكذا

بعدها نقوم بضرب الصفار مع نصف كوب سكر بالمضرب الكهربانى لمده 10 دقائق تقريبا ونضف اليه الزيت والحليب ونخلط بعدها نقوم بتخليل الدقيق ونضعه عليه الدقيق قليلا ليس دفعه واحده يعنى نضع كميه قليله من الدقيق ونخلط اولا تم نقوم بوضع بالتدريج ونخلط ونضيف البيكمبودرونخلطه الى ان يتماسك

نقوم بعدها بوضع البياض المخفوق على الكيك المخفوق

نقوم بخلطه مع بعضهما البعض ونقوم بوضعه فى القالب

ونقوم بوضعه فى الفرن فى نار هادئه واذا كان الفرن كهربائى نقوم بوضعه على درجه حراره160

خلطت البياض مع الصفار بالمضرب الكهربائى لكن لما ضفت الدقيق خلطه بالملعقه وضعت الدقيق على مراحل ليس دفعه واحده حتى يكون فيه هواء فى الكيكه

المقادير:
6 بيضات-كوب الا ربع زيت-كوب حليب مركز-كوب سكر-فانيليا-وبيكمبودر
وعند وضعها فى الفرن حاولى ان لاتفتحى عليها كتير لانه لو دخل هواء بارد كتير حتنزل ومش حتكون عاليه
