السلام عليكم


من اول منزلت الاخت ناني المسابقة وانا حضرت هل كيكة بس كانت عندي مشكلة


مع الفوتوشوب وللاسف قاعدة المشكلة قلت يلا انزلهم الصور حتي هكي قبل متتسكر


المسابقة


بالنسبة لخليط الكيكة خليط كيك الجاهز اتبعت الخطوات الي مكتوب عليها


مقادير الصوص :


كوب قشطه


مكعبات شكلاته سادة


فانيلا


انجهز خليط الكيكة ونسكبه في طاجين ونذوب حوالي تلات مكعبات شوكلاته




في حمام مائي

وانسكبه علي خليط واندخله الفرن حتي ينظج الكيك


في اتناء ذالك انجهز الصوص وهو بوضع القشطة في طنجرة علي نار

عندا بدا الغليان نطع من تلاته الي اربعة مكعبات شوكلاته وانحرك حتي يدوب

ونتركها حتي تتماسك شوي

بعد نضوج الكيك نسحب الخيط عليها ونزينها بطريقه الي تحبيها انا هنا رشيت عليها
