كيكة البيتزا او تورته

شفتها في احدى المنتديات بس غيرت فيها وفي طريقة التزيين

نعمل عجينة بيتزا عادية

المقادير

بيضة

ربع كوب زيت

كوب وربع ماء دافي للعجينة العادية ام الطريقة هذه كوب فقط

ثلاثة ملاعق حليب بودرة

ملعقة وسط خميرة بيرة

ملعقة صغيرة بكنج بودر

رشة ملح وشوية سكر على خاطر الخميرة

مايعجن دقيق

بس تكون رطبة شوية يعني لدرجة ان ماتقدريش تفرديها الا بالزيت ، ولما تفرديها في الطاجين تدهني ايديك بالزيت
نقسم العجينه الى جزئين ونفردها بصينيتين بنفس المقاس وبعد النضج غطيها كويس حتى تكون رطبة

اني قسمتها الى ثلاثة

الحشو: حسب الرغبة تن وهريسة أو دجاج

اني حشيتها تن وهريسة

نغطيها تماما باللبنه مثل التورته ونزين اطرافها بالجزر

المبشور والخيار او جبنة شيدر والتزيين انتي وذوقك
