حبيباتي حبيت نقدملكم طريقتي في تزيين الكيكات كمشاركة تانية لي بمسابقتنا الحلوة


اعدي عزيزتي اي طريقة كيك انت تحبي انا عن نفسي اعددت طريقتي المعتادة على هذا الرابط:

حضري الشكولاته والتوفي



طريقة اعداد الشكولاته:


ضعي 2 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة على النار
وضعي فوقهم من 3-4 ملاعق كبيرة كاكاو ( هذا يعتمد على نوع الكاكاو)
4 ملاعق سكر
واتركيهم على النار الى ان يغلوا

ثم افتحي علبة القشطة واضيفيها ( ملاحظة ضعي علبة القشطة وهي مغلقة بصحن عميق به ماء مغلي لمدة 5 دقائق وبعد ذلك ضيفيها على الخليط السابق)

ملاحظة : اذا وجدتي انه لون الشكولاته فاتح يمكنك اضافة كاكاو واذا كان لون الشكولاته غامق يمكنك اضافة القليل من القشطة



بعد نضوج الكيك نتركه كي يبرد

نضع الكيك على سلك ( لكي نتخلص من الشكولاته الزائدة) انا عن نفسي وضعتها على سلك الميكوريف
ووضعت تحت السلك نفس الطاجين اللي طبخت فيه الكيك ( اقل غسل مواعين خخخخخخخخخ)

نوزع الشكولاته على الكيك

ثم نوزع التوفي على شكل خربشات فوق الشكولاته وهذا شكلها

نحطها بالثلاجة ثم نقطعها وهذا شكلها بعد التقطيع
