السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

مشاركتي كيكة الشطارنج بحلوى الماء وفي اللي يعرفها بحلوى السكر

المطلوب

كيكة الزيت سبق ونزلتها بس راح اكتب مقاديرها

4 بيضات +كوب سكر +نصف كوب زيت +كوب حليب + ظرف بكنج بودر +فانليا +2 ونصف كوب دقيق

الطريقة
نخلط البيض والفانليا والسكر والحليب والزيت مع بعض جيداا

ثم نخلط البكنج بودر مع الدقيق ونضيفهم بالتدريج على الخليط الاول ونخلطهم جيداا

طريقة كيكة الشطارنج

نقسم كيكة الزيت بالتساوي الى قسمين
نضيف على القسم الاول 3 ملاعق دقيق لنحتفظ باللون الابيض
ونضيف على القسم الثاني 3 ملاعق كاكاو لنغير لونها الى البني

ونخلطهم جيدا مثل ما واضح عندنا بالصورة

نعبيهن في كيسين الحلواني واحد بالابيض والثاني بالبني

نجهز 3 طواجين مثل بعض وندهن الطواجين بالزيت والدقيق

لان طواجيني تيفال ما حطيت دقيق

نرسم بكيس الحلواني بعد ما نشيل مقدمة الكيس يكون الرسم بالطريقة هذي
2 الاحرف بتاعها بني ووحده الحرف بتاعها ابيض

ندخلهن للفرن على درجة حرارة 180 لمدة 10 دقائق

بعد النضج نخليها تبرد ونكون مجهزين مربى مخففينها بقليل من الماء

نحط اول طبقة تكون احرفها بنية وندهنها بالمربى

نحط الطبقة الثانية اللي احرفها بيضاء وندهنها بالمربى ونحط عليها الطبقة الثالثة

حلوى الماء

لكل ملعقتين سكر ناعم ملعة ماء
تخلط جيداا وتسكب على الكيكة فوراا
اللي يحب حلوى الماء ثقيلة نوعا ما يزيد سكر ناعم
انا لون جزء من الحلوى بالكاكاو

نسكب حلوى الماء على الكيكة ونرسم خطوط من الحلوى البنية

نرسم بعود الاسنان يميا ويسارا بالكيفية هذي

وهذا شكلها النهائي

نترك الكيكة الى ان تجف حلوى الماء على سطحهاا

الله يسلم ايديك ويعطيك الصحة والعافية حبوبة

صحتين وهناء على قلوبكم

ممكن بدل الطريقة هذه تستخدمي علب التونة

تضعي في القالب علبة تونة كبيرة مفتوحة من الجهتين

ووسطها تضعي علبة تونة صغيرة مفتوحة من الجهتين

ثم توزعي الخليط وبعدها ترفعي العلب

بالنسبة للتغليفة ممكن تستبدلي الماء بعصير الليمون وبشره

طعمه رائع جدا كما انه يخفف حلاوة السكر

او تستخدمي عصير البرتقال

من ايام قبل مااعرف بمصاب اختنا السمحة عملتها نفس التغليفة لكن بالبرتقال

و بسبب ماحدث مانزلتها

ممكن الليلة او بكرة ان سخر الله نزلها

اما حلوى الماء اي نقدرو نغيرو في نكهاتها بالليمون والبرتقال بس لان الكيكة فيها كاكاو محبتش ندخل معاها الحمضيات
