السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


هذه طريقتي في الرز المبوخ

طبعا الكل يعرفها

نحن نسمو فيه المقلوبة



المقادير

لحم ضآن حوالي ربع كيلو أو حسب الرغبة

انا قللت الكمية لأن زوجي ما يحب اللحم هلبة



حبتين بطاطا مقطهة مكعبات صغيرة

حبتين جزر مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

حبتين لفت مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

حبتين فجل مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

حبة بصل كبيرة مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

والافضل لو يكون بصل أخضر

حبة فلفل حلو مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

حبة طماطم أخضر كبيرة مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة

نصف كوب أو أقل بازيلاء( اختياري )


كوب ونصف إلى كوبين أرز صغير الحبة


حوالي نصف كوب من كل من

معدنوس - حبق - شبت

ملح - فلفل أحمر حار - فلفل أسود - زنجبيل مطحون

قرفة - شوية حرارات - طماطم معجون

زيت زيتون


وانا أضفت القليل من الزعتر الأخضر



الطريقة


نقطع الخضراوات كلها

ونخلطها مع بعضها في صحن كبير

ثم نضيف اللحم والأعشاب والزعتر

ثم نضيف التوابل والزيت ونخلطهم جيداً

البازيلاء وضعتها في الكسكاس أولا

لأنها مجمدة

ثم أضفت باقي الخليط فوقها وتركتها حتى نضج


قلبته مرتين فقط



ثم يسكب بالصحن ويقدم



ممكن اضافة الزيتون الأخضر له


انا اكتفيت بالتزيين به فقط


مع شرائح من جبنة الاميتال (( نحب الجبنة مع الرز هلبة مش عادية ))

راح اطبقه غدوة ان شاء الله لكن انا نفسى تديرى الرز الثانى اللى هو يتبوخ بعد لكنه يتسقى بالطبيخه وبعدين ينحط فوقه اللحم والبصله او الخضار زى طريقة الكسكى درته مرتين وما ضبط معاى تطلع حبة الرز يابسه
ياريت تديرة لنا وتشرحين طريقته بتفصيل اكثر ليا ولك كل الشكر
