المقادير


قديد(لحم مجفف) انا عندي من غير دهن احتفظ به بالفريز
ربع كوب زيت زيتون
حبة بصل م مفرومة
4_5 ضرس ثوم مهروس
ربع كوب حمص
ربع كوب بازلاء
ربع كوب فول اخضر
حبة ك بطاطا مقطع مربعات
2 م ك طماطم معجون
م ص فلفل احمر بودره
ربع م ص كركم
م ص طماطم مجفف
كمية من الماء
400 غرام مكرونه محمصه
قرن فلفل اخضر
م ك شبت
م ك بقدونس
م ك ريحان


الطريقة


يوضع الزيت علي النار ويضاف البصل ويقلب

تضاف قطع القديد بعد غسلها بالماء الساخن جيدا

يقلب القديد ويترك قليلا علي النار حتي يحمر قليلا
تضاف القوليات وتقلب جيدا وتترك قليلا

يضاف الطماطم المجفف والمعجون ويقلب جيدا ويترك 2_3 دقائق

تضاف التوابل ويحرك جيدا

يضاف الماء ويترك ليغلي حتي تنضج البقوليات

يضاف مقدار اخر من الماء وبعد ان تغلي تضاف قطع البطاطا وتترك حتي تنضج

تضاف المحمصة
تضاف الثوم وقرن الفلفل والبقدونس والشبت والريحان

تقلب بين الحين والاخر حتي لاتبتصق المحمصه بالقاع
بعد ان تنظج تقدم ساخنة
