المقادير : شرائح صدور دجاج - جبنة شرائح - هريسة عربية - خبزةمرحية - دحيه - دقيق -
جبنة مبشورة- صالصة

تتبية صدور الدجاج
خدى شريحة صدور الدجاج واضربيهم بالعصى ضرب مبرح لحد ماايبالنهم صاحب انا انحط فيهم فى كيسة وهاتك ياضرب
ونكون مجهزة ياغورت وفلفل اسود وملح وحبهان مرحى وثومة حسب الرغبة وزعتر وليم والا خل
وزيت زيتون وقرفة مرحية مخلطتهم مع بعض
بعد ضرب شرائح الدجاج انحطهم فى الخلطة ليلة كاملة فى الثلاجة

بعدين خدى كل شريحة صدر واحشيها هريسة وجبنة شرائح وطبقيها وغطسيهافىالدقيق بعدين الدحى وبعدين الخبزة المرحيه واقلى فى زيت غزير وساخن ولمااتطيب صبى فوقها صالصة وجبنة المبشورة وحطيها فى الكوشة لين ادوب الجبنة
