[التارت المالح]من مطبخ بنت طبرق [الأرشيف]

المقادير
كوبين ونصف دقيق,6ملاعق كبيرة زبدة جامدة،ثمان ملاعق ماء مثلّج،ربع ملعقة صغيرة ملح

الطريقة
يخلط الملح مع الدقيق تضاف الزبدة تدريجيا مع الفرك ليصبح شكل الخليط
مثل الكسكسي
ثم يضاف الماء المثلّج وتجمع العجينة بدون عجن شديد
توضع العجينة في كيس بلاستك وتدخل للثلاجة لمدة خمس ساعات

ثم نخرج العجينة ونفردها في طاجين التارت ونخرمها بواسطة شوكة

الزوائد من العجينة نشكلها على هيئة ورد او اوراق شجر لتزيين التارت

ندخل الطاجين والزينة للثلاجة لمدة نص ساعة
ثم نضع طاجين التارت في فرن ساخن لمدة عشر دقائق
وكذلك الزينة
مقادير الحشوة
علبة قشطة،علبة جبنة مثلثات،ثلاث بيضات،مفروم طايب وبارد او دجاج أوتن،
جبنة مبشورة. انا أستخدمت مفروم لالازم يكون بارد جداً ،شرائح زيتون أسود

تلخلط المقادير جيداً ونضعها على التارت

ثم نضع قطع الزينة وندخل التارت للفرن الي ان ينضج
