أخواتي أقول أول شئ في موضوعي
اللهم إنصر ثوارنا وحرر بلادنا يارب من بو شفشوفة المقمل دار
العار رزينا فيه يااااااااااااااااربي
لي مدة طويلة على تنزيل المواضيع من قبل ثوارتنا المجيدة مانزلتش موضوع
وها أنا ههههههههه حلوة وها أنا عجبتني فلاقي مع لغة عربية
المهم اليوم حبيت أنزل موضوعي ويارب ينال إعجابكم يارب
بسم الله
المقادير
دجاج إلي يساعدك مش إدجردية من اللحم وتحطي العظام ههههه حطي لحمات باهيات
توه يبانو عليكم في الصور
رز وكان تبي تخلطيه بالشعيرية باهي وإذا حابيتيه بروحه
هذا يرجعلك حبيبة
بطاطة حتى 3 بطاطات
باذنجان 3
زهرة ( القرنبيط) هذه مهمة في المقلوبة الأردنية قالولي يعني هي أساس الطبخة
طبعا أني ماعنديش وجت نيتي بأني نديرالمقلوبة صكرت راصي ودرتها ههههههههه
بلا زهرة
وبهارات إلي عندك حطية ماتخلي شئ
وفي الأردن عندهم بهارات خاصة لكل شئ للمقلوبة – الكبسة – البرياني
بس إنتو في المقلوبة حطو إلي عندكم باهي ؟
نجو للطريقة
ملاحظة : أول شئ خودي الرز قبل كل شئ ونقعية في إمية لن تكملي شغلك
يبي نصف ساعة وبعدها صفيه وتوه نجيك بالدوة شن إديريله

نعمل االبطاطة دوائر والباذنجان دوائر والزهرة كل زهرة بروحها
وإقلي البطاطة بروحها الباذنجان بروحه الزهرة بروحها
ولحم الدجاج إقليه بروحه

ناخدو الطنجرة قبل كل شئ نرش شوية رز باش ماتلصقش المقلوبة
ونستف البطاطة وبعدين الباذنجان والزهرة وبعدها الدجاج المقلي

ناخدو المكرونة الشعيرية أو شربة الشعيرية ونقليها في زيت أو زبد إلي تفضلية
وبعد مايتم أخد اللون الذهبى أني قريب حرقتا من فلاحتي

ناخدوها ونخلطوها مع الرز باهي ؟

بعد التخليط نحطها في الطنجرة كما هو موضح

ناخد صونية نصب فيها إمية ونحط الملح على ذوقكم ونحط البهارات إلي عندكم في المية هذه
مع التحريك الكويس لن يدوب الملح ونصبها في الطنجرة
أني عيني ميزاني المية كانت حوالي 15 سم على الرز

ردو بالكم إديرو في طنجرة ضيقة على شان الرز بينتفخ بيفلفل على قولت الأردنيين
نبهتكم أني ردوووووو بالكم لأنها صارتلي ههههههه
وخليها على نار هادية وبإذن الله راح تعجبكم
ونخليكم الشكل النهائي

الصورتين الأخيرات مش واضحات كله من البخار إلي طالع من المقلوبة
والعويلة مستعجلة شادتهم بالسيف هههههه

نستنا في ردودكم أخواتي
وبكل صراحة إلي ماتعجبهاش تقولي أوكي
وحدة تتكلم نقتلها ههههههه تعجبكم بالسيف باهي
