السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

اليوم اول مشاركة فعلية معكم بكيكة التوفي واللوز

المقاديــر (كيكة اسفنجية )
7 بيضات
كوب سكر
كوب دقيق
2 ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا سائلة

الطريقــــة
فصلت الصفار عن البياض
خفقت الصفار مع 1\3 كوب سكر
خفقت البياض مع باقي السكر
اضفت الدقيق والبياض المخفوق بالتدريج للصفار المخفوق

دهنت طاجين مستطيل كبير بالزبدة وصبيت فيه الخليط
خبزته في فرن مسخن مسبقا تقريبا ربع ساعة (حسب حجم الطاجين وارتفاع الخليط فيه

بعد النضج قصيت الكيكة المستطيلة الى جزئين بالنص
ودهنت عليها توفي ورشيتها بلوز محمص ومهروش
حطيت النصف الاخر وصبيت عليها التوفي ورشيتها باللوز

التوفي
كوب سكر يذاب على النار ثم تضاف له علبة قشطة ويحرك بسرعة

مرات اندير فيه ويبقي منه شوية بعد اندير الكيكة نقعد ناكل فيه ببسكوت الشاهي العادي انحطه على طرف ونلصق عليه طرف ثاني يبدأ كيف بسكوت الكريمة لكن احلى
