بمناسبة تحرير كامل تراب الوطن اقدم لكم هذا الحلى
متأخرة شوى بس الظروف حكمت
حلى الألماسية

المقادير
اولا
3 أكواب سميد
كوب وربع زيت
تانيا
هذه الخلطة تجهز مسبقا يعنى قبل البدء فى تحميص السميد
حتى يدوب السكر
2كوب سكر
كوب حليب
كوب ماء
تغطى وتترك جانب
ثالثا
نصف كوب زهر
فانليا(زرف)
نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح
رابعا
كريمة الكاستر او الكاستردة(العلبة الزرقاء التى فى الصورة)
المقادير موجودة على العلبة
ونحن نحتاج مايكفى كوبين حليب
يعنى 2 أو3
2 أو3 ملاعق كاسترد(حسب القوام الذى ترغبين فيه)
سكر حسب ماتحبين


خامسا
مكسرات مهروشة حسب الموجود(لوز اوفول سودانى(كاكاوية)
شكلاته نوتيلا


بسم الله

نضع الزيت والسميد على النارونحرك

ونحرك الى ان يحمر يعنى تكون حبات السميد شديدة الاحمرار

ثم نضيف الخلطة التى جهزناها مسبقا

وانتبهى عندما تضيفى الخلطة لانها ستضاف على الزيت والسميد وهو جد ساخن (يعنى طرطشة الزيت)

ونحرك ونستمر بالتحريك الى ان نشعر ان الخلطة بدات تجف
ثم نضيف خلطة الزهر ومازلنا نشتغل فوق النار
ونستمر بالتحريك الى ان تنشف تماما وتكون مثل العصيدة متماسكة
ونبعدها عن النار
ونسكب الخليط بعد ان تماسك فى صينية قطرها 33سم

ونسوى سطح الصينية بالملعقة جيدا
ونتركها على جنب

نبد بتجهيز الكاسترد
كلا حسب طريقته والطريقة موجودة على العلبة
نضع الحليب وملاعق الكاسترد والسكر على النار ونحرك الى ان يغلط القوام

ثم نسكب الكاسترد على الصينية المجهزة

وبسرعة شديدة نسوى السطح ونرش المكسرات
انا استعملت الفول السوادنى المتوفر عندى

ونخليها فترةبرا وبعدها تضعها فى الثلاجةالى ان تبرد ثم تقص

حسب الرغبة
مربعات اومعين اومثلث
وتذوقى احلى حلى الألماسية
وسامحونى ماقصيها لانها هدية والصور الاخرى اللى تبان فيها الألماسية مقصصوصة هى قديمة
