السلام عليكم

كل عام وانتم بخير

جايبتلكم اليوم طريقة لوايات العيد
وطبعا كل منطقة ايسموا فيها اسم

تغسل الكرشة والامعاء الدقيقة وتنظف جيدا ثم يوضع عليها خل وتصفى ونضع عليها قرفة وملح وننشرها الى ان تجف

تشرح الرئة والقلب واللحم ويضاف عليها ملح وزيت زيتون وتنشر حتى تجف

بعد التجفيف عالحبل
تغسل الرئة والقلب وقطع اللحم جيدا وتقطع قطع صغيرة
يضاف عليها فلفل وزنجبييل مطحون وحرارات وقرفة وزيت زيتون وهذي الصورة بعد اتقطيع قبل مانخلط البهارات

تغسل الكرشة والامعاء جيدا وتنقع في ماء دافئ ثم تقطع الكرشة الى قطع مستطيلة

بعدها ناخذ قطعة من الكرشة ونضع فيها قطعة من كل حاجة من اللي تبلتهم

ونلفها بقوة ونقص فيها مسار صغير باش نلف فيه المصران لكي

لا تفتح (مخلط فصحى على عامي ) ونلفها بقوة بالمصران ونربطه

وبعدين نربط كل 2 مع بعض ونجففهم شوية في الشمس
ثم تقلى في دهن لية الخروف وردي بالك لما تقلي فيهم من الدهن يطير عليك

وبعدها انطيبوا بيها اي حاجة مع القديد مقطع او كسكسي او اي شئ اخر
