اليويو زى مانسموا فيه بالليبيى وفيه بلدان تانيه تقوله دونات
بس الليبى مافيش خميرة العجن ونتعهم فيه

المقادير

4 بيضات
كوب زيت
كوب سكر
ملعقة كبيرةB.P(زرف)
2 ملاعق كبيرة خل+فانليا
كوب حليب
دقيق حسب العجين الى ان يتماسك العجين كانك بديرى كعك
وبتحسيه يلصق شوى مش هلبه
مافى مشكلة حطيه بالثلاجة شوى يعنى نص ساعة

فى العجن استعملت العجانة
حطيت البيض والسكر والزيت والفانليا والخل وبالمضرب الشبكى الى ان يتجانس وبعدها حطى الحليب وخلطى بعدها الدقيق شوى شوى والبيكنج بودر لين يتماسك العجين ودخليها الثلاجة

وبعد خروجها من الثلاجة خدى قطعة صغيرة من العجين وابرميها على طاولة الشغل كانك بديرى
كعك وحطى فى حسابك انها تنتفخ وكعكيها وسكريها كويس باش ماتنفتح لمن تنقلى

ونجهزو صفرة مدهونة زيت كل ماندير كعكة نحطها فيها
بس زمان كان طول طول يعنى الكعكة اللى نديروها نرموها فى الزيت تقول من يجرى فى جرتك
بعدين لقيت حكاية الصفرة خير

ويكون الزيت سخون عالنار ونحط فية اليويو

ونقلبو لين يتحمر
وماشاء الله ينتفخ لين يتشقق تقولى يضحك

وبعدين قلتين غيرى الزيت لانه يبد يكشكش وحالة
ونجهز الشراب ونحط فيه اليويو

ولكن طريقتي مختلفة عليك شوية في المقادير وحتى في التشكيل وأظنها أسهل بإذن الله
