وشن أخبار بعد العيد معاكم ؟؟؟
اليوم جايبتلكم قعد كسكسي
شنو تبو المقادير ؟؟؟؟؟؟ ماسمعتش باهي باهي إماله تعالو معاي
خلي نقوللكم قعمزو بالله عليكم أسكتو خلوني نشرح
هدا حطي الزيت وحطي البصل خلى يتغير لون البصل للذهبي
حطي الطماطم حركية كويس بعدها بشوي حطي اللحم
وحركية حكي الملح وفلف الأحمر وخلي شوي بعدين صبي إمية
وبعدها بزار

نجو للبصلة
حطي الحمص في الكسكاس وبعدين البصل ملحيه وحطيه على الحمص وحطي الطنجرة
ويبدأ عاد صنة البصلة تفوووح يم يم
وبعد ماتشوفي إن البصل بدي يدبل كويس حطية في طبجرة تانية
وخودي من الطنجرة إلي فيها الطبيخة شوية زين إلي يبدأ من فوق هدي النار توه يطلع كل
الدهان إلي هو الزيت
ناخدوه ونصبوه في الطنجرة إمتاعت البصلة وغطيها وحطاها على النار إلي أن يطيب البصل
