رز المخلط

أكيد الكل يعرفه لأنه أكله ليبية قديمة ولذيذة

ونبدو في المقادير

معدنوس ( بقدونس ) + لحم مقطع صغير دجاج أو خروف أو بقر أي لحم عندك + بطاطة مكعبات

+ حمص إذا أردتي إنتي وذوقك بالنسبة للإضافات + بصل + نعناع + شبت + رز

طماطم حوكة + بزار+ فلفل أحمر + ملح شوية زيت زيتون وزيت نباتي

نخلط المقادير الأولى كويس وبعدين نضيف التوابل

ونخلطهم كويس


ونحطهم في كسكاس فيه إمية
