كيكة الشيكولاتة

مقادير الكيك:

4 بيضات

فانيليا

1 ونصف كوب سكر

4/3 كوب زيت

1 كوب حليب

كوب ونصف دقيق +B. P

1l2 كوب كاكاو

مقادير كريمة الشيكولاتة :

قالب زبدة بدرجة حرارة الغرفة

4 ملاعق سكر ناعم

1 كوب حليب بودرة

2/1 كوب كاكاو

1 فنجان صغير ماء

(تخلط مقادير الكريمة مع بعض وتصبح جاهزة)

طريقة الكيك:

نخفق البيض والفانيليا والسكر جيدا (بالإمكان استخدام محضرة الطعام ولكن أنا استخدمت الخلاط اليدوي) ثم نضيف الحليب والزيت ونخفق ثم نضيف الدقيق المنخول مع B.P والكاكاو بالتدريج مع الخفق .

يسكب الخليط في صينية الفرن وتكون مدهونة بالزيت ثم يدخل لفرن مسخن مسبقا على حرارة 180 م لمدة 30_45 دقيقة حسب نوعية الفرن

وعندما تنضج الكيكة يوع عليها خليط الكريمة وهي ساخنة وتقطع وهي ساخنة ثم تترك لتبرد ويعاد تقطيعها
