السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته



اليوم عملت برطمان مسير( مخلل الفلفل الحار او كبيس الفلفل الحار )


وعادة مانقوم بتقديمه خلال ايام العيد رفقة المشاوي والعصبان او باقي وجبات العيد



المكونات



شرائح فلفل حار اخضر


شرائح ثوم


مقدار معين من الملح


شرايح ليمون حامض


عصير ليمون حامض


زيت زيتون


ماء مغلي


خل ابيض



الطريقة ناخد البرطمان ونضع في اسفله شرايح ليمون حامض تم شرائح ثوم ثم نضع


الفلفل الحار ثم بالتناوب مع شرائح الليمون والثوم والفلفل حتى انتهاء الكمية ثم نسكب


عصير الليمون والخل ثم نخلط كلا من الملح مع الماء المغلي ونسكبه على داخل البرطمان ثم نضع
قليل من الزيت ثم نقفل البرطمان ونتركه حتى يستوي ممكن بعد يوم وفور فتح البرطمان يوضع في الثلاجة لسلامته .
