[مهلبية النشا بالقشطة] من مطبخ كيتي [الأرشيف]

يقوم العديد من الناس بعمل المهلبية في شهر رمضان المبارك أو في الأيام العادية لما لها من فوائد صحية و كما انها باردة و طعمها لذيذ

و تختلف المهلبية من بيت لآخر

و هنا اقدم لكم المهلبية المعتمدة لدينا في البيت ( مهلبية النشا بالقشطة )

و هي على حسب افراد العائلة

انا عائلتي تتكون من 3 افراد

و راح اضع لكم مقادير 3 افراد و انتو تقدرو تزيدو و تنقصو في المقدار

المقادير

3 اكواب حليب

ملعقتين كبار و نصف نشا

5 ملاعق كبيرة سكر ( تقدري تزيدي و تنقصي على حسب رغبتك في حلاوة المهلبية )

ملعقة كبيرة قشطة سادة

ملعقة كبيرة ماء زهر

الطريقة :

نقوم بخلط الحليب مع النشا و السكر و تدويب النشا على البارد ثم نضع المكونات على النار و نستمر في التحريك حتى يثخن المزيج

عندما يثخن المزيج ... تكوني محضرة ملعقة القشطة و ملعقة ماء الزهر

و اضيفيهم على طول و تطفي النار

و استمري في التحريك حتى تدوب القشطة و تتجانس مع الخليط

و قومي بصب الخليط في اواني المهلبية و ضعيها في الثلاجة لحين ما تبرد

ممكن تاخد 3 ساعات ... و فيه ناس تحبها دافئة على حسب الرغبة

و عند التقديم زينيها باللي تحبيه

أنا عائلتي تحب الألواز المهروشة فوق المهلبية
