نقطعه شرائح ونحطه عالنار مع شوية زيت

طماطم +فلفل اخضر الحار+الثوم+والبهارات (كمون حوت,كسبر مطحون,فلفل اكحل,فلفل احمر,بزار اصفر) وطبعا ملح وزيت زيتون +معجون طماطم

ونحطهم على البصل عالنار

وصلصة طماطم

وخليها عالنار شسوية

وبعدين نغلف الطاجين بالقزير(القصدير)


ونفرش طبقة من الصلصة

ونفرش قطع السمك

ونحط باقي الصلصة عليها

ونغطيها بالقزير ونحطها في الكوشة حوالي نص ساعة او ساعة الا ربع
