أفضل طريقة لحفظ المشروم


يُحفظ المشروم الطازج في البراد، في وعاء به فتحات تهوية أو مُغطى تغطية جزئية، أو في كيس ورقي، ويُستخدم خلال ثلاثة أيام، أما الجاف، فيُحفظ في مكان جاف، داخل برطمان زجاجي، مُحكم الإغلاق غامق اللون حتى لا يتسرب إليه الضوء،ويجب نقع المشروم الجاف في سائل، لحوالي ساعة قبل استخدامه في الوصفة، كما يُمكن استخدام سائل النقع في الوصفة لتعزيز النكهة
