[ دجاج مشوي ] من مطبخ أمـ ساره

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته





هذه طريقة من الطرق الي نشوي بيها الدجاج وان شاء الله تعجبكم




تبلته بالخل والليمون والملح والكركم والفلف الأسود والفلف الأحمر والقرفة

والزنجبيل المطحون وزيت الزيتون مع شوية خل

تركته لحوالي ساعة أو أكثر منقوع حتى جهزت خبز التورتيلا ثم شويته على

الشواية الكهربائية

وقدمت معاه كاتشب - مايونيز - حمص بالطحينة - طماطم - زيتون

وجبن أبيض سائل - جبن شيدر مبشور أو موزاريلا

وهذا الساندويتش تبعي للعشا ما نحب اضافات كثيرة بسيط جداً

دجاج مع حمص بالطحينة مع شوي زيتون وجبن أبيض فقط
