طريقة عمل العصبان بطريقتي الخاصة وفي مطبخي





اولا المقادير
اولا نجهز نقرض المعلاق من كبدة
وريةوقلب وشواكل الخروف

تانيا نجهز نفرم المعدنوس والبصل الاخضر انا طبعا عصباني افضلة بالمعدنوس والبصل فقط

وبعدها نجهز الارز والبهارات وبهاراتي هي فلفل احمر وطماطم معجون وبزار مخلط وملح فقط

وبعدها نخلطهم مع بعض ونحشي المصارين

في النهاية واخيرا بعد جهد جهيد وضعته في طاجين المهم المصران مايتعباش هلبة بالحشو
وبعدها انقبه بشوكة او عود اسنان طبعا نظيفة ههههههه

حتى الكرشة غلي امية وصبيها عليها واخرطي السواد حشاك كله يتنحهتقعد بيضه وبعدين انقعها في الليم والخل والملح ونزيد نخرطها وبعدين نغسلها بالصابون وشوية كلوركس ونمصمصاها
