السلام عليكم




اقدم لكم اليوم سلطة كرنب الزهرة وابدأ سريعا بالمكونات :




كرنب الزهرة مسلوق في ماء وشوية خل ابيض



جزر مقطع الى قطع نصف دائرة ومسلوق



طماطم مقطع الى مكعبات صغيرة



فلفل حلو اخضر مقطع مكعبات صغيرة



قليل من البقدونس او الكسبر الاخضر مفروم ناعم



مقادير الصلصة الحارة



2 ملاعق كبار زيت زيتون



ربع كوب ماء دافي يضاف تدريجيا اثناء نضوج الصلصة (انا استعملت بعضا من ماء سلق الجزر)



بصلة صغيرة مقطعة قطع صغيرة



فص ثوم مطحون ناعم



1 ملعقة كبيرة لوسة ليبية ان وجد او (ملعقة طماطم معجون مع 1 ملعقة صغيرة هريسة عربية + ربع ملعقة كسبر مرحي وربع ملعقة كروية ورشة ملح ) واذا وجدت اللوسه فلا داعي لخلطة الطماطم .



الصوص الابيض :



نصف علبة زبادي كبيرة , فص ثوم مطحون , رشة ملح .




الطريقة :



ناخد الكرنب ونقوم بتفتيت الكرنبات بحيت نحررهم من الجزء السفلي ليصبح زهرات صغيرات فقط



نضعهم في اناء ونخلط كل مكونات السلطة ونتبلهم بملح وفلفل اسود ثم نجهز الصوص الاحمر ,ناخد طنجرة ونضع بها زيت الزيتون ثم الثوم ثم البصل ونتركهم قليلا حتى يتغير لون الثوم والبصل الى اللون الذهبي ثم نضيف اللوسة ونقلب جيدا تم نضيف الماء تدريجيا , في هده الاثناء نجهز صوص الزبادي تقوم بخلطه جيدا مع التوم والملح .



ثم ناخد صحن التقديم ونسكب به السلطة تم نوزع صوص الزبادي على وجه السلطة تم عند نضوج الصلصة الحمراء نرفعها من النار ونوزع الصلصة فوق الزبادي ثم نقدمها بالهناء والشفاء ان شاءالله تعجبكم وتجربوها لان طعمتها روعة ومفيدة ومليئة بالفيتامينات وكذلك يمكنكم التفنن في التزيين بالذرة او الزيتون الاسود , انا اكتفيت بشرائح الطماطم لاني تاخرت في اعداد الغداء وكان ابو الشباب مستعجل هههههه
