المقادير
4كوب دقيق
كوب حليب دافئ
ملعقة خميرة بيرة فورية
ملعقة سكر
ملعقة صغيرة ملح
ربع كوب زيت اوزبدة
بيضة
لدهن الوجة صفار بيضة وشوي نسكافي للمعة
الطريقة:-
تخلط المواد الجافة مع بعض ثم نضع السوائل وتعجن حتى تصبح عندنا عجينة لينة مثل عجينة بيتزاء الاقراص وتترك ساعة تختمر ثم يعاد عجنها مرة اخرة وتترك عشرة دقائق ...
بجدتاخدوو العجينة وتتطريحوها بي الضااربة وتقصيوها على شكل حووتة وتصبيو الحشوو وبعدها تاخدو القطعة التانية وتحطوها فوووقها وبعدها تسكريوها من الجوانب وتنقشوها بي الشووكة من فوووق .. الحشوو كيف ماتحبوو تن .. دجاج .. مفرووم .. جبنة على راااحتكم ..

تعرفى اول وتانى يوم مافيها شى رضعت حتى منى
وبعدها مرضت ونقلوها لمستشفى الاطفال
قعدت اسبوع بس
عندها التهاب فى الدم بنسبه 95%
هوا يلى تعبها

وانا جبتها فى ميه خضراء بس قالولى ملهاش علاقه
