المقادير
4 اكواب دقيق
رشة ملح
3ملاعق كبار زيت نباتي
1ملعقة كبيرة خميرة
ماء دافئ للعجن
الطريقة
تعجن المقادير مع بعض تتكون لدينا عجينة لينة

ونتركه تتخمر بعدها نفردها بالدقيق

وبعدها نضعها في الطاجين ونضع عليها الصلصة المكونة من طماطم اخضر مضروب
في الخلاط ونضعه علي النار مع شوية زيت زيتون وبصل مبشور وثوم زعتر وحبق مجفف

وثم نضع عليها الحشو المكون من زيتون وتونة وطماطم مربعات وجبن مبشور
