كيف حالكم جميعا...

طبعا اليوم جايبتلكم طريقة بيتزا دوار الشمس

انى واخدتها من وحده والله يبارك فيها

من يوم عرفت العجنه هده وبدت هيا

عجينتى الرسميه لانها خفيفه وحلوه

المقادير :

نص كوب زيت

4ملاعق كبيره حليب

ملعقه خميره

رشة ملح

ملعقه كبيره سكر

كوب ونص ماء دافى ونحط فيه الخميره

ونخلى العجينه تخمر

وبعد ماتخمر العجينه ناخدها ونبدا نفرد فيها زى فى الصوره

تبدا زى توا

وناخد السكين ونفتح اربع فتحات زى مافى الشكل

وبعدها نزيد اربع تانى

وبعدها ندهن الاطراف بالصالصه

وبعدها ناخد الحشوه اللى تبيها انتى

ونحطها فوق الصالصه زى مافى الشكل

وبعد مانحط الحشوه ناخد الاطراف اللى فى الوسط زى الصوره
