السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

اليوم اقدم لكم حبيباتي مكرونة البشاميل و الدجاج
تعودنا دائما أن نأكل المكرونة بالبشاميل باللحم المفروم
و لكن عزيزتي تستطيعين ان تقومي بحشو اي حشوة تحبينها مع المكرونة بالبشاميل و راح تكون النتيجة روعة
نبدأ بسم الله:
المقادير :
للبشاميل: ملعقتين كبار زبدة + ملعقتين كبار دقيق + 4 أكواب حليب ساخن +جبنة شيدر+ ملح + فلفل ابيض + رشة جوز الطيب
للحشو : دجاج مسلوق + جزر مقطع + بصل مقطع + طماطم مقطع + فلفل مقطع +معدنوس مفروم + ملح + فلفل اسود + كمون حوت + كاتشب
مكرونة
جبنة شيدر
بيضتان
الطريقة
البشاميل:
يحدد كثافة البشاميل هو الدقيق كل ما كثرتي منه راح تزيد كثافته
ندوب الزبدة في الطنجرة و نضيقلها كمية الدقيق و نقعد نحرك فيهم لين يصبح لون الدقيق مايل للون
الزهري و على طول نصب الحليب الساخن بالشوية مع التحريك المستمر حتى نكمل كل الحليب
و نستمر في التحريك حتى يثخن و نطفي عليه و نضيف له الجبن و الملح و الفلفل و جوز الطيب
الحشو:
نضع كل مكونات الحشو في طنجرة و نتركها حتى يجف الماء منها تماما

نقوم بسلق المكرونة في ماء و ملح و شوية زيت و من ثم تصفيتها من الماء و خلطها بكمية البشاميل جيدا
ثم نأخد طاجين و ندهنه بالزيت او بكمية بسيطة من البشاميل
و نأخد نصف المكرونة المخلوطة بالشاميل و نضعها في الطاجين و نضع عليها كل الحشو الذي حضرناه

ثم نضع عليهم باقي المكرونة و نضرب البيضتان و نضعها على وجه المكرونة و نرش عليهم جبن الشيدر

و هذا شكلها من الجنب و نلاحظو انه البيض تغلغل في المكرونة من داخل

و نضعها في الفرن درجة حرارته 180 درجة مئوية حتى تحمر المكرونة من تحت و من فوق

و كما قمت بعمل المكرونة بالبشاميل و بنفس الحشو الا فيه اختلاف بسيط
اني استخدمت المكرونة السباقيتي و الحشو ضفتله السويت كورن ( الذرة) و الوجه رشيته بس بالجبن
و بنفس الخطوات
