السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
من لما سافرت على تركيا و ضقت هالحلوى و هي ديما ببالي ... لأنه اللي بيضوقها ماراح يبطل تفكير فيها
و يكأنها من طعمها و حلاوتها و خفتها و هشاشتها تأسر عقل كل من يضوقها
و صدقوني يا بنات تستحق التجربة ( و عيونكم مغمضات *__* )
نبدأ بسم الله
المقادير:
* 2 كوب دقيق
* نصف كوب سمادينة ناعمة
* نصف كوب سكر
* بيضة
* 125 جرام زبدة بدرجة حرارة الغرفة ( نصف كوب زبدة و يزيد شوية بس )
* ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر
* بندق
* عسل ( شيرة )
الطريقة:
نقوم بخلط كل المواد الدقيق و السمادينة و السكر و الزبدة و البيضة و البيكنج باودر حتى نتحصل على عجينة لينة سهلة التشكيل
سخني الفرن على درجة حرارة 140 درجة مئوية
قومي بعمل كريات صغيرة الحجم و وضعها في طاجين مدهون بالزيت
ثم ضعي فوق كل كرية حبة بندق
يجب ان يكون هناك مسافة مابين كل كرة ... لأنها بالفرن راح تمتد شوي
نضعها في الفرن نحمرها من تحت ثم من فوق
و أول ما نطلعها نسقيها بالعسل ة يجب ان يكون بارد تمام و هي ساخنة من الفرن
و هذا شكلها و هي في العسل

ملاحظة : يمكنكم تخزينها في الفريز .... و عند الإستخدام فقط سخني العسل و سقيها بيه و راح تطلع طازة
أهم شيء ما تنسوش معادلة التعسيل للحلوى هذه
لو العسل بارد ... الحلوى راح تكون سخون و العكس صحيح
لا تنسوني من صالح دعائكم
