بيتى فور بسيط وقديم بالنسبة لى
ولكن من مميزاته
شغله بسيط لاياخد منك
ويسترك امام ضيوفك
هذه فورمة (القالب) اللى يشتغل به

المقادير
كوب زبدة
2 بيض
ملعقة كبيرة خل او فانليا
ملعقة صغيرة مملؤةB.p
ثلاثة ارباع الكوب نشأ
ثلاثة ارباع الكوب سكر ناعم
دقيق حسب العجينة (العجين لايلتصق باليد)

نضع الزبد والبيض والنشا والسكر الناعم والخل وندعك جيدا الى ان تمتزج المكونات
ثم نضع القليل من الدقيق ونضيف الB.p ونضيف الدقيق الى ان تتكون لدينا عجينة متماسكة رطبة بعض الشى

نقلب القمع ونضع قليل من العجينة فى فوهته
ونمسك القمع (القالب)باليد اليسرى ونضغط بالابهام اليمنى فى وسط العجين الموجود بالقمع
ونضغط بالابهام فينزل العجين من فوهة القمع

ويتكون لنا هذا الشكل فى كل ضغطة بالابهام وتتحكمى بالحجم بزيادة الضغط

وبعد مانضج

ثم احضرى عسل ثقيل(شراب بيتى) وفرشاة وجهزى لوز وحمسيه واهرشيه
وانا ماكان عندى استبدلته بالكاكاوية المهروشة

وادهنى وجه كل بيتى فورة هههههههه بالشراب

وثم مباشرة على اللوز المجمس والمهروش
والله بنة مش عادية
