خبزة مجررة مغمسة في حليب وردة مركز وزبدة سائحة وبيض
المقادير
علبة صغيرة حليب وردة مركز
نص قالب زبدة مسيح على النار
3بيضات
جبنة شرائح
جرار خبزالافضل بايت حوالي فرتين كبار وادا صغار يجي اربع بنينات

الطريقة
نضرب البيض مع الحليب مع الزبدة وبعدها نغمس الخبزة في الخليط ونضعها في الطاجين وندخلها الفرن بعد ماتجف الخبزة من الحليب مش تخليها تتحمر لا تتماسك شوية وبعدين طلعيها وديريلها جبنتها الشرائح
