زبدة فرنساويةReem Pak
كريم لباني وقشطة وجبنة كيري وشويةعسل ومربى وعصير رمان
الطريقة
الخطوة الاولى
ناخد البسكويت ونرحيه في ست البيت

والخطوة التانية
ناخد البسكويت ونخلطه بالزبدة والزبدة تكون بحرارة الغرفةوبعدين نرصها في الطاجين كما في الصورة

والطاجين الخاص بالتشيز كيك نبدا نضغط الخليط بكف اليد لين يتساوي وبعدين
الخطوة الثالثة
نخلط الكريمة في الخلاط الكهربائي ونحط معاها باكو جبنة الكيري وشوية العسل وشوية القشطة وشوية جبنة بوك لان لقيت جبنتي شوية فزدتها مني وبعدين حطيت الخليط الكريمة فوق البسكويت مثل

وبعدين نسلفر الطاجين ونحطه في الفريز لين يتماسك ولما نطلعه نبدأ نساوي سطح الكيكة لانها مثلجة الكريمة
الخطوة الاخيرة
تاخد المربى والمربى اللي عندي فيه شوية حبيبات فلدلك صفيته من الحبيبات وبعدين جريتها بشوية عصير رمان وزعته على الكيكة لانها طلعت جامدة شويةوهدا شكلها النهائي

السلام عليكم حبيبتي نسومة
مقادير الكريمة لا فيها لا علم لا درة شفتي باكو الكريمة اللي مع المقادير كريمه واتيه زي الحليب صبيها واخفقيها بالخلاط الكهربائي ونضيفيلها الجبنة وعسل سويه وحتى القشطة كان تبي إضيفيها باهي وكان هدا مش لازم المهم إنها مش زي الشانتي اضيفيلها السكر والقشطة لا لا واتيا عليك غير اتخلطيها في الخلاط بس
