المقادير



باكيت بسكويت
كريمة لباني -عسل -قشطة -موز -شكولاته نوتيلا -كراميل بس انا عاملتوه في البيت ناخد علبة حليب نستله محلي وحطيتها في طنجرة فيها ماء وخليتها تغلي والنار منخفضة لمدة ساعتين كل ماتقل كمية الماء نزيد حتى يصبح الحليب كراميل

الطريقة
الخطوة الاولى ناخد الطاجين وندهنه بالكريم اللباني وذلك بعد ماخفقتها في الخلاط وضفت العسل والقشطة

وبعدين نبدا نضع البسكويت في الطاجين بعد مانقعته في النسكافيه بهذا الشكل

وبعدين نضع طبقة كريمة لباني وفوقها شرائح الموز وبعدها طبقة كريمة وبعدها طبقة بسكويت وبعدها كريمة وبعدها طبقة من نوتيلا والبندق والكراميل كما في الصورة

وبعدين طبقة الكريمة والبسكوت وزينتها بالقمع وهذا شكلها مزين بالقمع
