[كفتة الدجاج] من مطبخ نسمه ليبيه

السلام عليكم


اتمنى تعجبكم طريقتى فى كفتة الدجاج وهناك من يسميها (الرمانه)وهى لذيذه جدا


اولا قليت البطاطا بعد تقطيعها لمكعبات صغيره



ثم قليت الباذنجان ايضا بعد تقطيعه لمكعبات صغيره



وسلقت صدر الدجاجه وضربته فى الميكسر(ست البيت) مع ثوم وفلفل مقلى



وخلطت الدجاج مع البطاطا والباذنجان والملح والكمون والفلفل الاسود والبهار الليبى(الحرارات)
ثم اضفت بيضتين وخلطت حتى تمكنت من جعلها كور



ثم مررتها على دقيق وبيض ثم خبزه مرحيه وقليتها

فكرتينى بكفتة الدجاج نسمة,طريقتك مع انى ما قدرتش انشوف الصور ولكن اكيد حلوة ,سلم إيديك ,نفس طريقتى وانا نستعمل فلفل يكون لونه أحمر يعطى منظر ,وما نحطش بيض داخل لان البطاطا والباذنجان مقلى ساهل اتلميهم .
